In order to confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of € 550.– per apartment and € 250.– per double room.
In case of cancellation:
From June 2023 we have the following cancellation conditions:
- up to 2 months before arrival no cancellation fees
- up to 1 month before arrival 40 percent of the total amount
- until 2 weeks before arrival 70 percent of the total amount
- in the last week before the day of arrival the whole amount is due.
Of course, we will try to rent the rooms to other guests in any case, so that you will not have to pay any or only lower cancellation fees.
Please check if you have taken out a travel cancellation insurance. If this is not the case, you can inform yourself e.g. at the Europäische Reiseversicherung at www.europaeische.at.
Check-In and Check-Out:
The apartments are ready for occupancy from 15.30 o’clock on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 o’clock on the day of departure.
